About Me
My name is Maha Masrur
I’m Maha, a teen athlete and student on a mission to break the cycle of disordered eating in Gen Z by reclaiming South Asian heritage. My journey from personal dietary struggles to culinary leadership was sparked by watching my mother effortlessly create nourishing, traditional meals from memory, inspiring me to view food as a source of strength rather than stress. As a six-year Cross Country runner, NCWIT award-winning coder, and DNA research student, I combine my love for science and technology with unwritten family recipes to teach others exactly how authentic ingredients fuel the mind and body.
Through my initiative, Maha Soul Kitchen, I am proving that our cultural roots are the ultimate tool for finding balance and mental healing.

MY MISSION
Using our cultural roots to break the cycle of eating disorder. My goal is to transform "lost" family recipes into accessible tools for mental health and physical vitality.
